Shipping Policy

All orders are professionally inspected, packed, prepared and despatched within 3 working days of the order being placed.

FREE SHIPPING

We are based in Korea, of course South, and all orders are shipped directly from our warehouse.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 USD. If your order is less than $50 USD, shipping is a flat rate of $9.98 USD.

Orders are delivered directly to your home or to the nearest post office. Delivery time is usually 10 ~ 15 days to most countries.

The tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped. Please note that during holidays and other peak shipping periods, delivery times may be longer than estimated.

DUTY & TAXES

If you live in the EU, a value-added tax (VAT) will be added to your order. You will not have to pay the tax when the order arrives in your home country.

If you live in the other country, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes and VAT when it arrives in your country. These charges are not included in the product prices.

Please note that customs duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and vary from country to country.

FAILURE TO DELIVER

If your order status shows 'Delivered' and no one collects the package from your door or letterbox, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss. We recommend that you report the loss to the carrier and request an investigation.

We are not responsible for packages returned due to factors beyond our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs, etc. These situations will result in additional shipping charges, which are not the same as our standard discounted shipping charges. If a package is returned, an email will be sent to you explaining the situation and if appropriate action is not taken within 72 hours, we reserve the right to dispose of the package.
